Selection Process

  • 1. Nomination & Submission
  • Candidates can be nominated by peers, institutions, or industry bodies or apply directly through an official WWP Award nomination portal.
  • Each nominee is required to submit a detailed portfolio, including their achievements, leadership impact, and contributions to their field.
  • Supporting documents such as case studies, testimonials, media features, or impact reports may be required.
  • 2. Eligibility & Pre-Screening
  • The WWP Award committee conducts an initial screening to ensure that nominations meet the eligibility criteria, including leadership experience, innovation, and measurable impact.
  • A shortlist of candidates is created for each award category based on alignment with the award’s mission and criteria.
  • 3. Jury Evaluation & Scoring
  • The shortlisted candidates are evaluated by an independent jury panel based on a standardized scoring system.

The Award Ceremony

  •  The winners will receive: 
  • A symbolic gift defining purpose and leadership.
  • A platform to share their story and amplify their work through WWP networks and media .
  • Access to mentorship, partnerships, and future opportunities through WWP and its collaborators.

Future Outlook

The Women with Purpose Award will be a recurring and evolving feature of the WWP Summit Series. Each year, it will expand its reach, foster new partnerships, and continue to recognize and empower extraordinary women worldwide. Beyond the award, it will offer year-round engagement through mentorship programs, networking events, and collaborative initiatives aimed at furthering the cause of women with purpose.

In addition, future editions will continue to integrate relevant themes such as family businesses, fostering dialogue on how women can influence and preserve the legacy of multi-generational enterprises while driving innovation and purpose.
